Lovebuds
Creating the bromeliads had used the bottom section of the bottle, now it was time to work out what to create with the top section of the bottle. I had many tops of bottles left over from the bromeliads creations. Nadine Abensur from the Piece Gallery in Mullumbimby approached me to create something for Valentines day. After much cutting and experimenting I created the LoveBud Flower which included the shape of a heart in the flower’s petals.
